Coffee roastery · Sofia
Coffee that still smells of the roast
We roast on Thursday and ship on Friday. What arrives is days old, not months — and that is the one difference you actually taste.

What we sell
Four things, not forty
We keep the range small, because fresh means drunk soon — not sitting in a warehouse.
How it reaches you
From bean to door
- 01
You order
By Wednesday night to make that week's Thursday roast.
- 02
We roast
On Thursday, only the amount the week's orders need.
- 03
We ship
Friday morning, with the roast date on the bag.
- 04
You open it
Wait three or four days after the roast before grinding. The coffee needs them.
For offices
If you buy coffee for the whole floor
Office coffee fails for one reason: it is bought once a quarter, in a large pack, and nobody likes the last fortnight of it.
A subscription fixes exactly that: smaller amounts, more often. And we come once to set up the grinder, which usually fixes more than changing the coffee does.
- Company invoice, bank transfer
- Delivery on a day of the month you choose
- Free grinder setup on the first delivery
- Change the quantity whenever you like
Common questions
Before you order
How quickly will my order arrive?
Orders placed by Wednesday night are roasted Thursday and ship Friday. In Sofia that means Saturday; elsewhere Monday. Order on Thursday and you wait for the next week — that is what keeps it fresh rather than fast.
Beans or ground?
Beans, if you have a grinder — the difference is large and obvious from the first cup. If you do not, ours ground today beats a supermarket bag ground three months ago. Put your method in the order note and we will set the grind.
Can I cancel a subscription?
Any time, by phone or email. There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee. Cancel before the 25th and the next delivery does not go out.
Card payment?
This shop is a demonstration, so payment here is cash on delivery or bank transfer. On a real shop this is where card payment through a provider such as Stripe would sit — the module is added without rebuilding the site.

One bag is enough to tell whether it is worth it. If it is not, tell us why.
