Ethiopia Yirgacheffe, 250 g

A washed coffee from a cooperative in Yirgacheffe, 1,900–2,100 m. In the cup: jasmine, bergamot and black tea, with a light acidity that holds to the end. We roast it light, for filter. For espresso, try the darker Brazil.
